The statutory fine and the payable amount.
ORS 153.018 gives individual violation fine maximums of $250 for Class D, $500 for Class C, $1,000 for Class B and $2,000 for Class A. Ordinary statutory minimums are $65, $85, $135 and $225 respectively, subject to lawful exceptions or a justice-based waiver.
