21 Del. C. 4169(c): first fine $20; 6-15 over adds $1 per mph over the limit, 16-19 adds $2 per mph, and 20+ adds $3 per mph. Repeat minimum $25 with larger per-mile increments. Section 4105(f) at least doubles the first fine in a signed construction/maintenance area.
